Hemp Purchasing Requirements:

• Minimum order of 2,500 units. Call (704) 807-4463 or complete the form for hemp pricing and availability
• All customers must have a valid Hemp license from their state to place an order
• All customers must sign our General Terms & Conditions document prior to placing order
• All customers must fill out and sign a purchase order, for every new order request, with desired plant count per cultivar and requested ship date
• 20% deposit required on all purchase orders at the time order is placed
  • Balance due upon delivery

Shipping:

• All of our prices are FOB origin – however we can ship plants nationwide
  • All expenses associated with shipping will be added to final invoice and due upon delivery
• If delivery location is with-in 150 miles of our facility (Larkspur, CO), we can arrange a direct delivery of plants, on a climate-controlled truck, at the cost of $3.00 per mile, round trip
  • Customer is expected to have labor to assist with unloading at time of delivery and will be charged $30/hour of driver wait time – minimum charge of 1 hour added to all deliveries
• If delivery is more the 150 miles, we will arrange for a climate controlled semi-truck for delivery (we will not ship anything through FedEx or UPS)
  • Plants are packed & palletized in our custom-made boxes that hold 3 trays of Clones (216 plants)
  • 1 pallet will hold 24 boxes (5,184 clones)
  • 1 semi-truck can hold 24 pallets (124,416 clones)
    • Packaging and handling fee per box is $20 and will be added to final invoice and due upon delivery of product
  • Alternatively, Customers can schedule a time to pick up their plants at our facility. Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm
    • Pick up must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to desired pick-up date

• Delivery timeline for all orders: April 1 – July 15
• We will not ship to the following states for the 2021 season, due to the state restrictions on hemp in these states: ID and Washington DC
